When sending a fax abroad, you’ll need to add the correct international dialing code before the local fax number. This page lists all country codes, so you can quickly look them up when using FaxFix.

How to Dial an International Fax

1. Start with the international access code (sometimes called the “exit code”):

   • From the U.S. and Canada: 011

   • From Europe: usually 00

   • From Australia: 0011

   • From mobile phones, you can often use + instead.

2. Add the country code of the destination (see list below).

3. Add the local area code (without leading 0).

4. Add the fax number.

Example: To fax a number in Germany (country code 49) from the U.S.:
